Yes guys, as I've said, my layout sucks and this is for temporary use. I would change it today but then we will go somewhere so, I won't be able to finish it. Tomorrow, we have classes and I won't finish that on time.
I still need to code the HTML + Cutenews so, it'd eat up time. I'll be changing it maybe when I'm available and if I got a half-day classes (half-day isn't enough, though).
I am searching for design sites that could help me with it but all of them wants charge. LOL!
Anyways, to Alison (who commented three replies in my first/comeback post, shut up. I'd answer your questions now)
THIS IS WHAT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
First, did you install your Cutenews properly? You need to change the permissions of all the needed files to 777/0777.
Go to http://site.com/cutenews. After you install blah blah, did you see that thing saying 'Proceed to Installation' whatever? Click it, it means you installed Cutenews properly.
If you want your news to be in your site, click Options >> Integration Wizards >> Integrate News into your Site. And just click or type whatever you want. Place the code somewhere you want your news to appear.
THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM:
You are seeing your news with only one container, and borders are the only thing that separates them. Again, go to the 'index.php' and remove the "DIV CLASS" there. It should leave "DIV STYLE" and the closing "DIV" tag. Save the changes.
Go to your cutenews page again and click on Options >> Edit Templates >> [create new template]
OPTIONS: Create template based on: Default with the name: ________ and create template.
Click on 'Active News' first and put the codes there. Like "H1"; "DIV STYLE"; "TEXT-ALIGN". Instead of putting it on index.php, you need to code the actual theme in your Cutenews template.
Active News - is the news appearing on the homepage
Full Story - is the news with the full story (when you click the link)
Stop asking now, I solved your problem.
